Better Business Bureau (BBB)
The BBB was created in 1912 as an independent non profit organization to receive consumer complaints and rate the performance and reliability of businesses. They currently accredit 400,000 firms. Courage Pools has been a member since 1997 and holds an A+ rating.
Pool and Hut Tub Alliance (PHTA)
The Pool & Hot Tub Alliance (PHTA) was formed in 2019 to bring together the two largest organizations in the pool industry, the Association of Pool & Spa Professionals (APSP) and the National Swimming Foundation (NSPF). With the mission to “Celebrate the Water,” through education, research, responsible legislation and outreach, PHTA works to keep pools safer, keep pools open and bring more people to water for happier and healthier lives.
California Pool & Spa Association (CPSA)
CPSA is the association that unites all professionals in the swimming pool and spa industry under one umbrella. Together, we promote businesses, protect industry interests at the State level, create swimming pool and spa industry partnerships for success, and provide professionalism-enhancing opportunities for members to grow. Our members include California’s swimming pool and spa builders, swimming pool and spa service companies, manufacturers and distributors, and other industry associations. CPSA adheres to a mission statement and code of ethics that support the swimming pool and spa industry in the state of California.
